At Ashcroft EDGE Consulting, our story is one of ambition, expertise, and a little bit of fate. Born and raised in London, I (Lee Ashcroft) spent years honing my skills in sales management and marketing, leading teams and helping businesses grow. But I knew there was more to explore—and eventually found myself zipping across the Atlantic to the USA. (Ask me about the story - it's pretty wild!) 

Here, I spent over a decade climbing the ladder in sales and marketing, eventually becoming Director of Sales and Marketing for a national medical finance company in Atlanta before also becoming a licensed GA real estate agent. Ultimately, I settled in the packaging and processing industry, building out advertising and marketing strategies for OEMs.  With over 20 years of experience spanning sales, marketing, graphic design, and operations management in both the UK and the USA, 'The Ashcroft Edge' means a dynamic approach to helping businesses thrive.
